Our Mouse Counselors have personally experienced the resorts, packages, restaurants, ships, etc… (Yes, it’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it! ) and are thrilled to share their knowledge and reference materials with you so you can make the most out of your trip. If you allow one of our knowledgeable agents to book your accommodations, there is never, ever a charge for our invaluable service and expertise. We love what we do! You will pay the same amount – and sometimes much less – than you would booking directly through Disney!

Personalized Planning Assistance

Your Mouse Counselor will work with you build the PERFECT vacation for your family. Helping our clients decide on the best resort fit, the appropriate ticket option and whether a dining plan might make sense for your family is just some of the counseling we provide in the pre-booking stage.

Once you are booked, we endeavor to to create day-to-day itineraries that allow you to experience the best of Walt Disney World without the exhaustion experienced by less-prepared families. By combining your wishes and dreams with our knowledge and experience we create a custom itinerary that places you in the least crowded parks at the least crowded times, and a personalized tour plan that insures you experience the very best Disney has to offer.

Whether it’s your dining reservations, activity arrangements or special occasions, we’re there at every step.  There’s no need to set the alarm for 6am to make that all-important Princess Breakfast reservation or book the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for your little princess. Your Mouse Counselor will make all dining and activity reservations for you.

Best Available Pricing and Discount Monitoring

During the initial booking process, we will compare all available discounts to find the best deal for you.

Even better, we will continuously monitor for new discounts and will pro-actively apply any savings for which your booking will qualify.  And when those new discounts are announced, we are up at 7am EST applying that discount to your existing reservation if it’s applicable. We do all the work so you can have all the fun!

Already Booked Your Accommodations?

Congratulations! You’ve taken your first step toward a wonderful Disney vacation! If you’ve made it this far, chances are good that you are looking for a little extra help in the planning stages of your trip. The good news is there are two ways by which you can take advantage of our trip planning services even with your accommodations taken care of. Those are:

Option #1: A Reservation Transfer

If you have booked your vacation directly through Disney within the last 30 days AND have not yet paid for in full, you’re in luck! Disney allows guests in this limited situation to transfer reservations to their travel agent to help with the planning. Nothing changes with regards to the reservation details or, more importantly, the price. To learn more about transferring your reservation to Mouse Counselors, please click here.

Option #2: Our Consultant Fee

There are obviously a variety of accommodation options available to visitors to the Orlando area. Whether you are staying off-property, renting DVC points, been gifted a timeshare or are staying in a Disney Resort hotel but booked more than 30 days ago, our trip planning services can mean the difference between a good trip and a great one.

For those clients for whom we are not able to serve in the role of “travel agent” and book accommodations, we offer the opportunity to retain a Mouse Counselor as your own, personal trip consultant. For a one-time $250 fee, you can take advantage of our vast experience and expertise in ensuring that your vacation goes smoothly and your family creates wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

Those who opt for our invaluable service can expect the following:

• An initial consultation to discuss the needs of your traveling party and your goals for a successful trip.
• Counseling on the appropriate park ticket type/length and getting the most value from your park admission.
• Counseling on My Disney Experience including the linking of park tickets, resort reservations and the ordering of MagicBands and Memory Maker (if applicable).
• Recommendations for the appropriate amount of time to spend in each park as well as which parks will be least crowded on which days during your stay. 
• Dining recommendations based upon where you plan to be each day and, once those dining decisions are made, we’ll make those all-important Advanced Dining Reservations for you.
• Recommendations and reservations for various recreational activities such as the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, fireworks cruises, fishing excursions and many, many others. The possibilities are endless!
• Counseling on Genie+ and Individual Attraction Access including attraction strategies, Rider Switch and the Disabled Access System.
• A customized itinerary providing all the necessary (and some unnecessary but certainly helpful) information including advice for successful park touring and helpful tips including the best spots for parades and fireworks along with tricks for maximizing your time.
• Advice on the most effective transportation options for each leg of your vacation whether you are staying exclusively “on-property” or if you are venturing outside of the Disney bubble.
• Continued access to your Mouse Counselor who is always just a phone call or email away!
