Bar none, the best experience I have ever had at Walt Disney World started with contacting Mouse Counselors. Phil and his team are knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. But above all they care about the relationship they have with their customers. I felt like I made a friend rather than a contact. They handled my family’s vacation as if they were going with us. They took care of details I thought I would have to work out on my own and did so with flair. I will recommend Phil Marino and his team to anyone that is planning a trip to any Disney Destination. When you wish upon a star with Mouse Counselors you are getting Five Stars worth!

Our first Disney vacation was absolutely incredible and working with Phil to plan our trip was the best decision we made! A friend recommended we call Phil as soon as she heard we were planning to go to Disney. Phil is a consummate professional and incredibly patient and knowledgeable on all things Disney. I can't recommend Mouse Counselors enough. Phil was a fantastic person to work with and made me feel like I was his only client. I'm a huge Disney fan but planning a trip to WDW was daunting. The fact that Mouse Counselor's is a FREE service made it a no brainer. Phil helped us save a lot of money thanks to the information he has access to and booking it differently than I would have. If you are planning a Disney vacation, don't do it without Mouse Counselor's.

Phil has now planned 2 Disney vacations for us. Two years ago, I had never been to Disney and was totally overwhelmed when planning a short, 3 day trip. If I could rate Mouse Counselors above a 5 out of 5 rating I would. They have never been anything but helpful.There has been times where we have had them quote our vacation 7 different ways, Value Resort vs. Moderate, Dining Plan vs. No Dining plan, Parkhopper vs. non- Park Hopper. Never once do they bat an eyelash. I even called Phil on a Sunday morning to see if you could book a reservation for a friend of mine who was coming into Disney. He had an answer for me within 10 minutes. Nowhere do you get service like you do here, with Mouse Counselors.

This year we weren't sure if we were going for 7 days or 10. Phil, our Mouse Counselor, was so patient when we kept bouncing back & forth with the dates. He listened to what we wanted and no matter how many times we changed our minds he got it right. He made the planning so easy and by watching for new discounts he saved us over $700.00 on our trip. Phil never failed to notify us of any changes & he made sure that we got every special dining reservation we requested. Bottom line is I will never use anyone else to book our Disney vacations!
